Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you

• More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund of the advance.
• 6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the advance refunded.
• Less than 6 hours before pickup or no-show: advance forfeited.

Early returns

No refund for unused days or hours on self-drive and chauffeur bookings once the trip has started.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot provide the booked vehicle class, we will offer an equivalent or higher class at no extra cost, or a full refund including the advance.

Security deposit

Refunded within 3 working days of return, after deducting any fuel shortfall, damage, fines or extra usage.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer or cash) within 5 to 7 working days.
